If you have an issue with a business, you can use the form below to file a complaint with us. We will contact the company and submit the complaint. We will give the member a chance to resolve the issue before it negatively affects their grade. If no attempt to resolve is made, and it had been deemed a viable complaint, the business rating of that member will be negatively affected. If the business is not a member we will build a profile for that company, and file the complaint in our directories.
